ABOUT THE ARTIST

A native New Yorker, Caitlin Lawrence is an artist who grew up on Long Island, where she was inspired by the diverse natural beauty, from sandy beaches to lush woodlands.

After high school, she traveled to South America to work with a humanitarian organization. While living in Peru, she immersed herself in the vibrant local culture and art. During her free time, she honed her skills by studying with local artists in the Sacred Valley.

This journey ignited a passion for fine art, and her work is now heavily influenced by Peruvian culture and natural elements. Using vivid color palettes and strong characters, she creates empowering works. Her pieces are featured in private collections across both the West and East Coasts, and her art has been published in Ditto Magazine.
