Cait, What the heck is a printable?

I shall tell you. But first I must ask you two questions.

Question 1: Do you like FREE things?

Question 2: Do you like feeling HAPPY?

If both of those answers were yes (which I sure hope they were) I have good news for you!

I've decided to incorporate them into my new blog, and today for the first time you can grab your own for free.

What is a printable?

Ok, let's explain.

A printable is a graphic design or text that is in the form of a digital download (pdf) Some Examples are worksheets, checklists, calendars, art prints, stickers, quote collections, and beyond. The best part? Some Printables are free, AND you can print & download them from the comfort of your own home.


Why This?

My art is a tool that ultimately I desire to help others with. It is a platform I do not take lightly, nor for granted. I aspire to provide people with inspiration, hope, and tools for a happier and healthier life. As important it is to care for others with grace, you also have to remember to include yourself. Remember: Self-Care is not being selfish.

Throughout the years I've felt the typical stressors, pressure cookers, and anxiety provokers. At some point I think we all do. Some days are harder than others, life can be tricky like that. A couple years ago I was researching tactics. While sarcastically googling

"Life relief" I unintentionally stumbled upon Mindfulness. It's not for everyone, but you'll never know unless you try! I'm so glad I did.

Mindfulness makes me feel like this...

Tips & Tricks

I've discovered a few things along my mindfulness journey. Not only are the tools easy, but nevertheless extremely effective. The best part? You can do them anyplace, anytime, anywhere.
